of Young & the Restless the annual Style LA: Swim & Resort runway
show in front of over 300 entertainment and fashion industry guest on
Monday, July 26, at Viceroy Hotel, Santa Monica. Seven (7) swim and
resort designers hit the poolside runway to raise funds for the national
entertainment charity, Stop the Violence/Face the Music.
Designers, Michael Kors, Sportmax, Rosa Cha, Nautica,
Stephanie Hoos, Anne Cole, and GAIA showcased '04 and '05 lines with
models from L.A. Models and
NEXT.
Celebrity attendance included, Bill Belamy, Chris Judd,
Ingo Rademacher, James Wilder, LA Clippers, Marco Jaric, Lisa Raye McCoy
("All of Us"), Nick Warnock (The Apprentice), Samantha Harris
(Extra) and more. The high-energy crowd cheered enthusiastically as
models put out major runway "attitude" in the season's sexiest
swim and resort lines. Celebrity guests lined front row runway seating
as other non celebrity guests crowded around the pool and climbed poolside
palm trees to gain better viewing!

Founded in 1992, this non-profit organization is dedicated
to providing
counseling and messages for anti-violence, crime and substance abuse
through the use of educational programs, music, and television campaigns.
Stop the Violence has garnered support from the broadcast and recording
industries and is supported by such prestigious media companies as WARNER
BROS., MTV, BILLBOARD and more. Supporters include Queen Latifah and
Rod Stewart.
